MY ROLE

Campaign Organisation
& Communications

I researched charity activities that our international students could take part in, checking age and residency requirements before selecting a suitable food donation campaign.

I then coordinated the timing and activity format, prepared the campaign schedule and posters, promoted participation, managed the collection process, and photographed the activity for follow-up publicity.

01

Find an accessible activity

Research opportunities and check participation criteria so international students can contribute to the local community.

02

Coordinate the campaign

Discuss feasible activities and dates with the partner, then plan the month-long donation drive and collection arrangements.

03

Explain & encourage

Create campaign posters and announcements, sharing the deadline, list of requested food items and donation requirements with students and staff.

04

Deliver & document

Put the campaign into practice, document participation and collection through photography, and prepare follow-up publicity.

BEHIND THE SCENES

HOW I WORK

Clear plans.
Shared context.

Practical tools for project planning, team coordination and intern onboarding.

Alongside delivering projects and events, I set up shared tools for planning, communication and handover. The aim was to give colleagues and incoming interns clear responsibilities, useful context and access to previous work.

PLAN & HAND OVER

Notion

I built project and event trackers, a marketing content schedule and a shared notice board. Tasks have owners, dates and statuses; previous work and briefs give interns context when they join and receive assignments.

COMMUNICATE & SHARE

WeCom

I set up the school’s WeCom for internal communication and shared resources. The workspace brings together marketing materials, event files and other school documents for team access.

SUPPORT COLLABORATION

Google Workspace

I also set up Google Workspace for the academic team to support its collaboration needs.
